COLLEGE STRINGS (7-12)

Thursday Afternoon, Ms Bridge

In Term 1 our College Strings Ensemble welcomed some new members, and they challenged themselves to refine performance of a number of pieces including; “Appalachian Hymn” by Soon Hee Newbold, and, “Medieval Kings” by Soon Hee Newbold. 

They were our first cab off the rank for our gradual return to live performance in 2021 with their performances at the official opening of Bradfield, Cuthbert and Quarmby buildings which was quickly followed by further performances at the Term 1 Middle Formal Assembly.

In Term 2 this ensemble had the opportunity to perform at Picton Rotary's Changeover Dinner and also at the Term 2 Middle Formal Assembly.
